In 2021, MAX STREICHER GmbH & Co. KG aA won the 1st place in the New Technologies Award with the fully electric driven HDD80-E horizontal drilling rig developed in-house, an ecotec product from STREICHER.
Compared to conventional systems, the fully electric driven HDD80-E impresses with its higher efficiency. The fully electric drive system is able to temporarily store excess energy, which can be accessed when required. This significantly optimises energy consumption.
In addition to that, in 2021 MAX STREICHER GmbH & Co. KG aA reached the second place in the Health & Safety Award. For this purpose also the fully electric driven horizontal drilling rig HDD80-E was evaluated, primarily under the aspects of health and occupational safety.
This year, MAX STREICHER secured the first place in the Health & Safety Award with a new development of a welding tractor. With the remote-controlled Paywelder, the operator has an unrestricted field of view of the workplace at all times. The additionally installed safety platform covers the chain of the caterpillar and thus prevents people from being trapped.
The full-electric HDD80-E horizontal drilling rig was also able to convince in 2022 and received the 2nd place in the Environmental Awards, since the rig achieved environmental protection e.g. can score with reduced CO2 and noise emissions.
